At one time a book on top of everyone’s list, Royal’s rumored financial problems and the high degree of controversy surrounding this shop are enough to scare us away right now. UPDATE 9/22/03: Royal has recently added the follwoing to their Terms and Conditions: If a member’s account remains unused for a period of twelve months, the company reserves the right to close the account and assume ownership of any and all outstanding balance left in the account.
